1. RESERVATION & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT

To secure a cart rental for your wedding, party, or special event, a 50% deposit of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. Dates and inventory are not held without a completed booking and paid deposit.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of event planning and equipment reservation, our cancellation terms are strictly enforced as follows:

• Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Prior to the Event Date:

  • You are eligible to receive a refund equal to 25% of your deposit (75% of the deposit will be retained to cover administrative costs, loss of booking availability, and processing fees).

• Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Prior to the Event Date:

  • 0% of the deposit will be refunded. The entire 50% deposit will be retained by the company.

• Final Balance & Late Cancellations:

  • Any remaining balance paid beyond the initial deposit will be refunded if canceled at least 14 days prior to the event. If canceled within 14 days of the event, all payments (deposit + final balance) are non-refundable.

3. SPECIAL EVENT CONSIDERATIONS (WEDDINGS & PARTIES)

• Weather & Outdoor Events: Rentals will proceed rain or shine. Cancellations due to severe weather, rain, heat, or outdoor venue conditions are subject to the standard cancellation timeline above. We strongly recommend having a backup indoor plan or tent arrangement for your event.

• Date Changes & Rescheduling: Requests to move your rental date must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your original event date. Rescheduling is subject to equipment availability and may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

• Equipment Issues & Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that equipment becomes unavailable due to unexpected damage, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prior to your event, our liability is limited to a full refund of all funds paid for the affected equipment.​
